USA Renovations was awarded to restore their warehouse built in the 70’s which included our facilities maintenance and polished concrete services in Dallas, TX.  One of the nation’s leaders in Hat wholesaling is our client Hatco. This customer required a Grind and Seal. As a more economical option to a full grind and polish this surface is commonly chosen should your slab just require an enhancement to look new. Old warehouses or public spaces ages and so does the surface of the concrete. Trust our team to make that slab look new again! The final floor finish was a Class B Aggregate / Level 1 Gloss (lowest)

Additionally, this project also requires our ceiling cleaning division’s help with facilities maintenance. This division restored the ceiling to a complete clean by removing all dust and foreign elements followed by other building and facilities restoration service such as wall cleaning and restorations and painting.
